1. Scope of Academic Services

2. Academic Integrity & Client Responsibilities

ScholarWrite upholds strict academic ethics aligned with international university honor codes and publication ethics guidelines (COPE).

• Originality & Authorship: The client affirms that all raw factual claims, experimental results, academic qualifications, and research data provided to ScholarWrite are authentic and accurate.
• No Prohibited Academic Ghostwriting: ScholarWrite does not write graded course assignments, sit for examinations, fabricate research data, or facilitate fraudulent admissions submissions.
• Final Submission Responsibility: The client retains sole responsibility for reviewing and approving all final drafts prior to formal submission to universities, journals, or funding agencies.

3. Project Milestones & Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines commence once all required project materials (e.g. background questionnaire, prompt guidelines, previous drafts) have been formally received and confirmed by our team.

While standard turnaround times range between 2 to 5 business days, expedited options (24 to 48 hours) must be explicitly agreed upon prior to project kickoff.

4. Payment & Strict No-Refund Policy

Once payment is processed, specialist academic resources are immediately committed to your project with a target delivery timeline of 3 to 5 working days. Due to the bespoke intellectual nature of academic consulting, all payments are strictly non-refundable for any reason. No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

Admissions decisions, fellowship grants, journal acceptances, and academic promotions depend on numerous independent variables evaluated by institutional committees. ScholarWrite does not guarantee admission into specific programs or acceptance by specific academic journals, but guarantees the highest standard of editorial rigor, formatting compliance, and professional service.
